I am an insured Registered Veterinary Technician located in Noblesville , IN. I am a Registered Veterinary Technician with years of experience.

I have experience with all exotic species as well as cats and dogs. I have worked in an all exotics veterinary clinic as well as a humane society. Working at the humane society gave me experience with cats and dogs of all temperaments. The exotic animal clinic gave me experience working with lizards, snakes, birds, rodents and all kinds of exotic animals. Being a Registered Veterinary Technician,

I can recognize signs of illness in cats/dogs as well as exotics. Also from being a RVT, I have experience medicating cats, dogs, and exotics. I would love to watch your pet for you while you are away and give you the peace of mind that your pet is in excellent hands! My business is insured as well!

I got to hangout with new clients Nebula, Sookie (pictured tripod kitty!), Daisy Mae and Timothy (turtle) yesterday! I’ll be watching them for a long stretch next month. We decided to do a trial visit just to make sure the kitties would warm up, and they did! 🥰 Look forward to more posts about them next month!

Please share! 🥶🐶 I found some cold air guidelines from Tufts University for different dog breeds. Hopefully this helps!

According to their Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, these threat levels are based on being out in the cold with no shelter. If there is good, dry shelter with bedding, blocked from the wind, you can lower the threat by one level.

Also if a dog is a young puppy, very old, sick, or obese, they say make sure you increase the threat by one level.

I’m not a veterinarian! Just a weatherman… Please consult your vet for specific advice.

These are guidelines! Every dog is a little different, but make sure you bring your dogs inside more often during the arctic air coming in. If they are an outside dog, consider bringing them inside to sleep. The nights and mornings will be the coldest.

Every dog breed is different. You know your pet best! Keep a close eye on them.
