Thank you so much to Elizebeth for sending a couple fly masks a wormer and a a feed bucket. As the first one to have a fly mask all the other girls looked at her like she was an alien. Poor little girls you can tell they have never had to wear masks before. I want to just say one wormer was able to worm 4 of our little girls here. Even the little things really are the big things ❤️

White Horse Down. That was the call that came in that would bring animal control to an unimaginable situation. You could smell death from the road. You could see an animal down but what they found when entering will never leave the minds of the brave souls that went into save these animals. There were rotting carcasses all over and in piles. Dismembered horses shoved inside trash cans. Eventually they may make it to the landfill if not they would just stay in the pile to be eaten by the dogs. The horses, minis, and donkeys feet were so long they couldn’t stand. The property was covered in f***s and they were eating it to stay alive. There were 84 animals seized that day. Half were euthanized due to severe injuries and illness. Ruptured abdomens, broken shoulders, bones, founder. Some were so sick there were puss inside their bones. ChangingReins stepped in to take on 20 of those animals. We are in need of help with vet care feed mineral bocks fly masks etc. we have a wish list on our website. Delilah is living and loving life in her new home! Minutes from death I was barely there in time to save her.. we spent so much time together learning to walk on a leash. Going to on shopping outings to socialize. Crate training. She is such a perfect girl and I’m so happy that she has found herself a family that have hearts of gold. I just want to thank everyone that helped along the way. We couldn’t do this with out you!!
