Early this morning Hidden Hills Firefly Lane kidded with 3 bucks (first one was DOA). This was a long labor and a complicated birth but Fly and her two kids are doing good so that’s really all that matters.

In the middle of the night Lazy Mare OMG Becky x Amores Farm Milo kidded with buck and doe twins!

Her due date was tomorrow and I induced for 12 pm today. I had work last night so I was out there milking/ bottle feeding until about 12:45 ish and she showed zero signs of labor so I went inside and got settled in for bed and around 1:30 i rechecked the camera, again no signs of labor. When I got up this morning I checked the cameras BOOM two clean fluffy babies! I like to be there for the births in case of any issues but I’m glad it was smooth though! I went back on the cameras to watch it and she popped them out like a pro.

The buck is the flashy chocolate and the doe is the plain gold! Both have blue eyes and weighed 3.5 pounds!

Lazy Mare Soup of the Day aka Chowder just kidded with doe and buck twins! 🩷💙 She had a pretty easy birth and both babies are big and healthy. During her labor she did need some cuddles from her mama Callie.
Doe will be retained and buck will be sold as a wether.

Wow! I was not expecting this level of interest in our eggs! It may take me a while to get back to all of the comments and pms. Since there are so many people answering, if multiple people get it correct I’ll use a spinner to determine the winner!

There was also a spammer who went and replied to a bunch of people pretending to be me. I have since blocked and reported them.

Update: I’m going to turn off commenting and we are going to end the guessing early due to a ton of scammers notifying people they have won. Thank you so much for participating and helping us out! We’ll try to do something like this again since so many were interested in eggs. I will go through all the gueses and announce a winner by tomorrow (2/22) 

Since the cost of eggs is so high right now and our girls are laying a ton I have decided to give away 2 dozen eggs!

They can be eaten or hatched, both roosters on property pass on a blue egg gene and are very docile. We get ranges of dark browns, greens, blues, beiges and even a few pinks!

Chickens are free ranged and fed exclusively organic feed and veggies. No corn, GMOs or soy in their diet!

RAW GOAT MILK clean out! I have a small nigerian dwarf dairy goat herd and my girls made so much milk that I still have some from last season so I am selling all of it to make room for this year’s fresh milk.

Nigerians are known for having rich milk with lots of butterfat and protein. All the milk is handled by me and no middle man, it is refrigerated right after milking and frozen with in 1-24 hours.
*None of my girls are on any medications and eat organic grain and hay. Clean tested herd.

I have been so busy with school and work that I never got to formally introduce my first ever buck!! Well 1/6 of a buck I am a part of The Whiskey Guild!
