🗣️ Our Rider Biomechanics and Breathing Workshop hosted by Ashleigh Howland is this Saturday, April 19th! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Ashleigh Howland is a licensed muscular therapist, certified personal trainer and breath and biomechanics coach. Her signature method, EquiForm™, focuses on breathing-based core support and biomechanics adjustments so riders can maintain better posture, communicate more clearly with their horse, and elevate their performance both physically and mentally.

Ashleigh will be leading a 90-minute workshop during the unmounted portion of our Adult Pony Club to introduce EquiForm™ and teach us valuable strategies on the ground to help us in the saddle.

Participation in just the workshop: $75
Participation in the workshop and riding portion of Adult Pony Club: $160

Snapple is now accepting applications for the position of personal pillow. Hours are 10am-2pm daily, weekends included. Must have experience, good references and excellent scratching nails. 🛏️ 💤

April break is around the corner! Send your kids to the barn during school vacation week to ride and learn all about horses. 🐴🌷

Our April Break Program is for kids age 6-12. All abilities and skill levels from beginner to advanced are welcome! See flyer below for details.

This winter, we introduced Wildflower’s Adult Pony Club where we gathered at the barn once a month for 4 months to ride and further our horsemanship education. Linda led the group through a number of hands-on topics such as nutrition, bits, anatomy and first aid. It was such a huge success that we decided to continue Adult Pony Club for 4 more months!

The new dates are Saturday March 22, April 19, May 10 and June 21.

Participation in the last session is not required and you do not need to be a current Wildflower rider to join. All levels are welcome! Link in bio or visit our website for timing and more details.

And now it’s time for a Snapple Appreciation Post!

We bought Snapple aka Snoopy aka Snapple Bottom Jeans sight unseen off of a few videos and a hunch that he was special. Best decision we’ve ever made.

Snapple is our MVP - he’ll jump anything, go showing anywhere, and he loves everyone.. especially if they come bearing mints. We’re not convinced he’s 100% horse though. If we did a DNA test it would likely come back 50% horse, 30% yellow lab, 20% stand up comic. Whatever he is, he’s wonderful in every way and we’re grateful for all he does. 🧡
