It's about that time of year! Puppies are coming! If they have skin 🤣 they need grooming
Especially, in Hampton roads!
Our; plants, saltlife, and streets. Increases their skins and coat needs.

The Plants; too many, for our amazing vets, to begin to say, what in the Tidewater area causes, the "Tidewater itch" constantly moist grounds can wreak havoc on your pups moisture barrier allowing yeast and sometimes, bacteria to grow between their toes. We can wash allergens away! Keeping dry paws can help, too.

SaltLife! We love our beaches, and brackish water. The "things" 😅 they get into in the inlets.... The best days, often reguire a bath..
The saltwater, is very drying to their skin, the shorter the coat the more moisture they need! Avocado oil is main ingredient in our nourishing products.

City streets they soak up the road dirt, just as we feel it on our skin. Paw waxes. Walks are the best, let protect those pads and moisturize to their skin with yummy ingredients, for a healthy microbiome.

Then put the whole "Conversion" or salon (tub, plumbing, fix electrical) back in

And we've been working hard, at building a salon!
We will be accepting new clients next week, our services are STILL all-inclusive, 96% natural ingredients, and know for being more than a grooming experience, we speak about maintenence, skin heath, and training during our visits. The goal is to always see improvement, whether that's in style, or comfortability.
There are add-on salon packages, including Opawz dye or pawdicures with Nail polish 💅 for dogs, sugar scrub, Stain treatments and more.

The salon is slow to private, in experience. (With the possibility of a small dog overlap)

I have tried to write this message, many times now. Thankfully, everyone walked away.
Sore, but whole. The damage appears minimal, however, we still don't know the extent. The back doors, do not function. Leaving my beautiful van, only that. A vehicle.

Hopefully, repairs will be quick. Until then, I'll continue to keep Facebook and Instagram updated, with how operation might be able to continue moving forward.

Thank you for the warmth and care from those that I have spoken with so far. Thank you for all the concern for my well being. Thank you for understanding, and grace.
We will continue too hop along!

Follow for future go fund me information, once damages are appraised and insurance exhausted. These converted vans are often under valued, due to their rarity.

(All pups are on regular schdule, appropriate for the hair and behavior, to be eligible for photos)
Riley is a perfect gentleman for his grooms, even as age takes away his ability to stand for periods of time.

That's a wrap!
At 11:40 pm, Last night, as I finished wrapping my last gifts. The over abundance, my clients, allowed for me to give is evident.
Supporting small businesses has such a direct impact. It clearly show in my 🌲

We will be closed, till January 11th. We're making wonderful changes over this break. A bit of restructuring, as we prepare to grow! All thanks to lovely people, as yourself. Who've allowed us to steadily grow, soley from word of mouth, and online presence.

Every present is extra special this year! As I, see each person, that allowed me to purchase and engage, in the years festivities.
Extra tips, that help the cheer go a bit farther, with a little less stress. My own special gifts, bestowed by happy clients. It Makes your heart grow 3 sizes too big!

First and foremost, We hope everyone had a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving. From my family (photo'd below) to yours! We hope everyone has/had full bellies!🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃
We have a few announcements to make

We're aware of the IRV (Infectious Respiratory Virus) that's affecting seemingly healthy pups. Disinfectant between each visitor, has always been the practice. We will be requiring all Vaccines to be up to date, including bordetella and influennza. Generally, We're only concerned with the diseases that impact the stylist; rabies.
But we will do our part to help slow spreads and require them all moving forward.
Here is the latest updates:
It has not spread to Virginia; however, if you are traveling from, to
California
Colorado
Florida
Massachusetts
Michigan
Oregon
New Hampshire
Rhode Island
Pennsylvania
(It doesn't say New York or New Jersey, I assume they will be shortly, with holiday travel)

We will be screening every dog for symptoms, and travel plans. Keep that in consideration when traveling. Dogs from these states will need to quarantine for 10 days. We, unfortunately, do not know how it spreads, we assume it is airborne. Starts at a cough, many thinking kennel. But not. This can last for weeks, till the dangerous part; which is the secondary infection the dogs develop after the cough seemingly settles. This quickly turns into a HOST driven pneumonia. In as little as 36 hours. That's the scary part, hard to target with useful antibiotics.So catch it early!!! Do not wait, go to the vet!

(Fans will be kept running, along with back doors open for awesome ventilation!)
