Our methodology consists of the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) processes and knowledge areas for project management methodology; the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for IT Service Management; and the ISO 90012008 quality standard to ensure repeatable processes, quality management, and continual improvement.
