Atlantic CommTech Corporation (ACT-Corp) is headquartered in Norfolk, VA, with additional branches in Landstuhl, Germany, the Washington DC corridor, Dallas, TX and Charleston, SC. Air Force, the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and the U.S Coast Guard in CONUS and OCONUS locations. We perform engineering design, installation & testing for netcentric projects such as wireless LAN, I

nside and Outside Plant, Instrumented Landing Systems, IT and telecommunications. Projects implemented for the Air Force include premise wiring (CAT 5e, Fiber to the desk top), Protected Distribution Systems, SIPRnet, NIPRnet, PBX, LAN, Outside Plant cable (Copper and SM Fiber) and conduit systems, security systems, CCTV systems and Audio Visual Systems. Our methodology consists of the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) processes and knowledge areas for project management methodology; the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for IT Service Management; and the ISO 90012008 quality standard to ensure repeatable processes, quality management, and continual improvement.
