Ripley staying calm while the station is getting a call🚒. She stayed in her sit command and even checked in with me to make sure she was doing to do what she was supposed to. Ripley is only 4 months old and this was a challenging environment because we couldn't anticipate when something would happen. Finch and Linda have been killing it the last 5 days trailing with us. This week was the first experience trailing ever for both handler and dog. From fire trails to over 500 meter blind tracks in 5 days is pretty great.
Day 4 with Ghost and his heel is coming along! Today we worked through some heavy distractions downtown, and big man did pretty well! Sometimes he gets a little nervous when he sees or hears something new to him, so we'll be spending the next couple of weeks exposing Ghost to lots of new experiences! #gak9ntc #gak9va #ghostthedane #downtownnorfolk
Tink is working on being brave at her mom's favorite place! Tink loves the sand, but gets very anxious the closer she gets to the water. 🏀 🏈 6 month old Rufus loves him a good ball ⚾️ ⚽️ 🎾. He is easily distracted by pretty much any moving object but a ball is his JAM. He is nearing the end of his time with me and has built up some strong impulse control, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t still love to play😁.
