These adoptions make us so happy!

Sweet senior Dachshund, Betsy, landed in her forever home too! This little girl has so much life on her, and she love, love, loves to go for walks. We suppose that’s how she ended up as a stray in the first place. But, her new pawrents will keep her safely leashes for outdoor exploring times. 😍

Nothing says summer like corn on the cob! Sweet, juicy, and so good it barely needs butter. But did you know that corn cobs are a big NO NO for dogs? While it might seem like a good idea to let your pup gnaw on a cob, they are not digestible and they don’t break down in your dog’s stomach – posing a high risk of bowel obstruction.

C*D can be a great tool to help keep your pet calm as we head into the holiday. If you haven’t ever used CBD, give it a try now. We recommend starting at least 3 days beforehand and continuing through July 5th (or whenever your neighbors run out of fireworks.) On July 4th, start C*D before noon and continue to dose every 4-6 hours through 11 pm to ensure your animal is fully prepared for whatever happens during the day AND night. If you're already using C*D, you may want to increase the dose the day or so before July 4th. As a reminder, there are no short or long-term negatives to giving a dog a higher level than what they might be used to.
