a little bit of lately π€ we are in the midst of our busy season so wanted to go over some key reminders for our boarders + daycare guests!!
πΆ daycare waitlists + cancellations: our daycare roster is full almost daily - if you need to cancel please let us know at least 24 hours in advance (by 7-10a the day before) your booking so we can get another pup off the waitlist.
π holiday boarding waitlist + cancellations: if we are fully booked & you add your pups to the waitlist keep in mind we do not have the means to know if you made other arrangements or still need the booking. once someone cancels we move to the next person on the waitlist. if you have made other arrangements please let us know so we can offer that place to someone else. see website for cancellation policies.

reoccuring daycare: as we near the end of the year, your reoccuring daycare bookings may lapse. please let our staff know if you would like to rebook for your usual days or if you need to make any adjustments.
π: now is a great time to ensure we have all updated contact information for you & your pet. things like current vet clinic, vaccines, your address, phone numbers, & emergency contacts are great to keep updated. emergency contact should be a secondary person other than yourself & ideally someone who is not traveling with you.
π€³πΌ: picture requests + social media: we love showing off their furry faces on socials as an added bonus but our social media coordinator is not there daily to accept every photo request sent via social media. if youβd like to check on a pet in our care in real time please give us a call or send an email & our staff on site during that time will get back with you as soon as they can.
