Just Sharin' was created from a mixture of my life-long love of jerky and my continual disappointment in the "big brands" after paying an arm and a leg. As jerky prices gradually increased I found it harder to talk myself into a high-priced snack that may, or may not have been sitting on the shelf for 60-something days. In the summer of 2017 I purchased a dehydrator, experimented with a few flavor
