Good morning loyal customers !

As much as I keep pricing on a budget price I have encountered that everything including our supplies have increased.

I have always been a salon that has a base price , I have encountered a lot of different places charge hourly ( I don’t do hourly ) but going forward we will have a slight increase of $5 - $10 dollars.

Sarah and I are both groomers with 10 plus years of experience and work hard to accommodate all our customers .

Please understand if you no show in the salon we have a fee $20 (small dogs) $30 (medium-large dogs) this fee is charged if you miss your appointment and don’t call or text us BEFORE your scheduled time.

We hope you all understand this for the year 2025 !

Happy friday !

Can’t believe it’s already November, oh how time flies 🤗 hope everyone had a great Halloween 🎃.

I am writing this post to remind everyone to book their holiday appointments they are booking up super fast .

I also would like to take this time to let all our clients know that Eneida will be out for a leave of absence from end of February to April . The closer we get to those months we will have a better exact date . For now this is just a heads up .

To all the clients that strictly go to her depending on each pet/behavior Sarah is happy to take over while eneida is gone . Just keep in mind some may not be able to , so we recommend maybe booking with eneida before she leaves a short cut that can last til she returns .

If anyone has any questions feel feel to text or call or simply ask when you come in 😃

Happy Friday 💕

A few new/old reminders for all our clients and potential new clients .

• We are a grooming salon with just 2 Employees.

• eneida is now only taking 4 dogs a day ( at the moment)

• we are booked out til the end of September.

• we do run a cancellation list and will call or text you if a spot opens

• texting is the best way to get in contact with us as the salon is loud and we constantly are working hands on with dogs and cannot run to pick up each call. So please text us we will text you back within 24-48 hours .

•we do our best to get each client in as soon as possible but please keep in mind if you do not rebook your appointment we can’t guarantee you will get a spot within 1-2 weeks . We’re limited and can only do so much in a day! We love to take time with each pet not rush through them .

•Sarah and I come in occasionally on our days off to squeeze in clients and this is something we do not do regularly but try to do it as much as we can because we know we are sometimes booking up 3-4 weeks in advance.
