The days are getting shorter, so it's more likely that you'll be driving at dawn and dusk when wildlife is naturally more active.

October through December are the most common months of the year for wildlife collisions when driving. Please be cautious when driving, especially at dawn and dusk. Here are a few tips to help you and wildlife stay safe.

1. Reduce your speed when you can. This allows more reaction time for you and wildlife.
2. Scan the roadway and surrounding land for wildlife that may cross the road.
3. Avoid distracted driving.
4. When safe and appropriate to do so, use your high beams to spot wildlife near roadways sooner.

One little beaver who captured the hearts of everyone in the country ♥️🇺🇸 Best news ever. Nibi the lil beaver ♥️ people united to help Newhouse Wildlife Rescue for Nibi’s safety. To live out her life loved.

Nibi has captured the hearts of people in Massachusetts and around the country — including mine 🦫💕

I’m happy to report that we have issued a permit for Nibi to remain at a wildlife rescue as an educational beaver and inspire folks to protect our natural world.

The importance of teaching your dogs to accept being groomed and dried thoroughly. Jensen & Hendry both swam for hours today in the pool and I always give them a quick mild soap free bath after swimming. I follow up by making sure they are dry. No hot spots here!
I began training Jensen as an adult to allow me to groom him. I got him at age 17 months. He was fearful of anything to do with grooming. He is now 4 years old.
Whoever had him prior to rescue was not good to him. As you can see in the video he enjoys being dry.
Hendry is my Border Collie , he is 2 years old. I have trained him as a young pup to accept grooming and all the tools needed for a healthy coat.
This high velocity dryer also will help you detect any fleas or ticks while parting the coat with the nozzle. I use all natural flea and tick prevention.
NO ticks here ever 😁
