So proud of this team, Lexi Davis and her AA Apollo Bey daughter Shreddin Betty. Their very first show - played all day long and into the night. Great ambassadors for the Arabian Breed - VERSATILE, pretty and willing. Neither one had done any of these events before today. Good Job Lexi!

Today we lost perhaps the last Fame VF mare to produce a foal within the last few years. She was one of the grandest mares we had the pleasure to share life with. MFA Periwinkle was happy grazing in the pasture with her best buddy Benraz Magnifique yesterday and today was gone by late afternoon. She runs in heaven now and leaves us with her daughter, Chekhova MF. God bless you gentle mare, sweet dreams.

SO PROUD! We were on the edge of our seats for the recent completion of 2021 Tevis Cup. Sparrow MF (El Nabila B x Benraz Magnifique) finished his first attempt at the grueling 100 mile race. Devera Miller has trained for years to be eligible and compete. Last year's event was canceled because of COVID so this success was amazing. Less than 50% of the entries complete the course. Devera and Sparrow finished with time to spare! Congratulations!!! The finish under the lights after nearly 24 hours in the saddle. What a FEAT! Photo courtesy of Rex Miller.

Knocking boots today. Shreddin Betty(AA Apollo Bey) and Erykk MF. Bought the mare and her full sister Lah Lah to breed to him. The mares have not given us a live foal from him yet. Maybe this time. Excited for another try with this cross. Polish Power!

MWF Najada, bless her sweet, departed soul. We have the only progeny we could accomplish in the short time we owned her. Amy Caraway, her previous owner, has the National Champion half brother... Our Matisse MF (*Maddox Van Ryad x MWF Najada/Negatraz) 2017 c**t will go into training after Scottsdale this year. We are very hopeful he's an English performance contender. Over the years, we've had very athletically gifted, Negatraz bred horses, he appears to be one. Thank you Najada.

Our dear Hallelujah Bey +//, the last horse with a tattoo hidden under his mane, the Scottsdale, US and Canadian National Champion, the stallion whose former owner's ashes are here on our farm, who nearly made it to 36 years, chose Friday the 13th to depart this world. He pranced down the aisle the final day of his life but never saw the morning. Exiting with quiet dignity - as he lived his entire life. We were so fortunate to own and love this gentleman. Sharon and Bob Evans gave us the opportunity when cancer was taking Sharon's last moments. I will never forget the size of the BEAR hug Sharon gave me at the top of Scottsdale's arena when he won a deep class. 24 years of caretaking Hal and promises kept. Bob called upon her passing and her last wish was to have her ashes spread here with Hal - she wanted to be with him always. Now the circle is complete. God Speed Hal, home again with your beloved Sharon, who adores you.

A different sort of post. One of the responsibilities we have as stewards of the Breed is to build a foundation for the future. It's not all about 'now' and what prizes we've won lately. This is the REAL list of VERY young children that MHR Eunizara has been the first horse they rode. 43 NEW lifelong horse lovers because of saving this mare from the Kill Pen years ago. Thank you Timberline Arabian Farm, few can claim this extensive endeavor of love for our horses and children.
