Calling all spookypups! Kinship is holding a Fall Photo Contest! The prize is a free group class of your choice (normally $220)!

To enter:

•Follow
•Post a fall photo of your dog and tag us
•Encourage your friends to like your photos
•Most likes wins
•Unlimited entries
•Contest ends at 11:59pm on October 31st
•In the event of a tie, contestants with the highest number of likes will be put into a random drawing
•Winner must be able to attend classes in person

Whether you're looking to help your reactive dog feel more secure, or you're wanting to build attention and focus skills for your sport dog, CU is a great place to start! Check out our CU students Marlo and Kelsey, demonstrating "box work" which is one of the attention games we use in Control Unleashed class to reinforce connection between dog and handler.

Congrats to our nosework student Cathy and her superstar searcher, Ruby, on two first placements at their first ever AKC scentwork trial! Cathy and Ruby also earned a first and fourth placement at their second trial this past weekend at Washington Collie Club in Monroe. Want to get in on the nosework fun? DAYTIME NOSEWORK SUMMER SPECIAL

Looking to get started in K9 Nose Work this summer?
We are welcoming new daytime Nose Work students at a special rate!

June, July, and August daytime sessions of Introduction to K9 Nose Work will be offered at a reduced rate for a limited time! Regularly $55/week, register for any of the following sessions at a rate of $45/week! ($220 --> $180) That is a savings of $40 for the session-- nearly one whole class for free!

"If you haven't experienced Control Unleashed at Kinship Dog Training, you are missing out!!! I credit CU and pattern games for all of the success we had on Zeke’s first overnight backpacking trip! He was extremely eager to play Look at That with every person we passed on the trail, we used stream crossings as a cue for waiting up and checking in, and did a lot of matwork that resulted in a very settled tent dog. Zeke ❤️s the exciting life he gets to have because he is more engaged, responsive, and confident. CU is easily one of the best classes we’ve taken together and I use the tools anywhere and everywhere I possibly can!"

This 4-week intro series into the world of urban agility will help build your dog’s confidence with this low impact but challenging activity that can be done anywhere! (open to dogs of all sizes, ages, and capabilities; dogs in this class will work simultaneously in a group setting, so it is not appropriate for reactive dogs)
