We unfortunately are seeing more rudeness and aggressiveness from clients during these tough times.

We understand times are difficult and finances may be strained too. We are here to work with you for your pet's best health and well-being.

So what can you do to help relieve the stress of your pet's vet visit?

- Contact us about options if you or your pet may be anxious for vet visits. We can talk about strategies
to help appointments go a little easier.

- Ensure you have a secure collar/harness and LEASH or PET CARRIER. We don't want to lose anyone in the parking lot and it's safer for cats to be in carriers for travel!

- Create a pet care budget. Save some funds just for your pet's healthcare. Or, look into Pet Insurance. This is your responsibility as a pet owner. 💳

- DO NOT WAIT to contact a veterinarian or Emergency facility if your pet has a health concern. The longer you wait...the longer your pet will be in discomfort, and the more it will likely cost you to treat!

- Be respectful of the veterinary staff that are trying to help you and your pet. Being aggressive, bullying, or yelling profanities at us will not get your pet treated any faster!

We're all tired, stressed and exhausted. Together we can pull through this. 🤗
