Baby “Micah” came in for his first groom, today. Peggy has been grooming for decades and has such a wonderful way of getting babies to not only tolerate grooming, but enjoy it!
Here we see a tiny bit of the cuddles that show her love towards her pups. And how much it is reciprocated 💝

Anyone who has stepped outside lately knows — the Dog Days of Summer are here! 🌡️🥵

To make the heat and humidity a bit more bearable, find a furry friend you can stay cool with! Starting tomorrow, July 10 through August 9, adoption fees are reduced to $28 for dogs and $5 for cats at Summit County Animal Control.

All animals are fully vetted, microchipped, and spayed/neutered. Those who adopt a dog will receive a 2024 Summit County Dog License included in the adoption fee.

Stop by Animal Control (250 Opportunity Pkwy, Akron) any day of the week to find your new companion. Hours are M-F: 10am-6pm, Sat: 12pm-3pm, and Sun: 1pm-3pm. Questions? Call 330-643-2845.
