ELLIE AND MICKIE

Mickie and Ellie are two of the sweetest girls! Ellie when she first started was a pretty shy girl, now when you see her she is a social butterfly. If Ellie is not with her sister she is hanging around with some other pups, or enjoying some much needed naps on the couch with Thor, Jake W, or Remi. Mickie loves to come in and run straight to the outside to see what all of her friends are doing! She is one playful pup and is always enjoying her time running around with Rocky T, Lola H, and Angel. As you can see these two are such cute pups and we love having them as a part of our Tails family!

DOG OF THE WEEK ✨

SHADOW

Shadow is such a handsome man! He loves coming in to hang with us, boarding, daycare, he does it all! His favorite things are to come in spend some time outside enjoying the fresh air with friends, meeting with all the ladies to give those kisses, and also playing with his friends Teddy, Toby and Lucy. Shadow was also a great little brother to his Miss Lil P, who we miss dearly. He would follow her anywhere and everywhere to make sure she was getting along just fine. We are so happy to have Shadow as a part of our tails family!!

It’s been a secret for at least three months but we’re working on a new play area at Tails Inn the City! Coming later this summer we will be having a new area that can also be rented for private play. More details will be coming!

MEET HANK

Hank is always such a very happy boy when he comes in to hang out with his friends at tails. He is a fan favorite with our staff members Jimmy and Johnny. You can always see those two hanging out with hank and giving him all the pets he deserves. Hank loves to play with the tennis balls when he is here and also runs around with all his pals. He also loves the beautiful sunshine days. He is just the best boy and we love having him! He is such a great part of our tails family!

CINDER

Cinder is the sweetest boy there is! He is always so excited to come see all of his friends. He loves running around with his pals Teddy, Toby, and Frankie. If he is not running around with his buds, he is lying down and relaxing with all the ladies. He loves to get all of the pets from the handlers which is very easy to do because just look at those eyes. We love having Cinder as a part of our tails family!

Just a reminder, as we enter into summer vacations, our boarding clients increase, making it extremely important to make your daycare reservations via the Gingr App we use for online reservations.

MEET MOLLY

As you can see Miss Molly is such a beautiful girl. She is always happy go lucky when coming in to see her friends. If she is not looking around for her favorite person Kyle, she is playing around with Rocky Thompson, or lying around with her pals. If she is not here at daycare with all her friends, she is working with Lake Erie Lab Rescue. She is also one of the most photogenic pups we have here! If you are having a bad day a Molly hug will solve it all. We are so happy to have Molly as a part of our Tails family!

Mid week recap at all the fun we have been having the past few weeks at tails !

We are looking to hire 1-2 additional staff throughout the summer to assist our team during our summer season. Please reach out to Brian or Tammy if you know any avid dog lovers who may be interested.
1.) Minimum age 18 but >21 preferred due to below requirement.
2.) Must have 1-2 years of experience working with dogs in another daycare facility, fostering, training or vet setting.
3.) We will consider applicants in a vet tech or animal science program that have less than 2 yrs on site experience if appropriate academic experience.
4.) Must be willing to complete First Aid and Pet CPR class (cost covered by Tails Inn the City.

PETUNIA

Miss Petunia is one sweet pup! She has her special human friends (Lashon) that she just loves and gets so excited to see when he is here. She makes the cutest excited noises when she sees her special people. Her favorite thing to do is take so much needed naps on her favorite couch spot. She is really good at holding that spot down and keeping it nice and warm. She is just all around the happiest, sweetest, and a cutie. If you have not seen she also has the best Halloween costumes around! We love having Miss Petunia as a part of the family.

MEET JAKE

Jake is such a joy watching coming into the facility. I do not think he could run his dad in here any faster to see his friends. The first thing that he does when he gets here is race as fast as he can to the outside to get all his sniffs in. If he is not playing around with all of his pals here, he is enjoying the fresh air, or relaxing in the afternoon taking that much needed nap. He is one love bug that loves all the attention and pets from the staff. We love having Jake or as we love to call him Mr. Wilcox here as a part of the Tails family.

TOBY

Toby is just the sweetest boy ever! He loves coming into daycare to see all of his friends. All he does the first few moments when coming into daycare is finding his friends, Teddy, Bentley V, and Bentley P, so he can run around with them. He loves to run around with his pals inside and outside on the nice sunny days. You can also catch him taking some afternoon snoozes on the play equipment. He is such a joy to come hang out with us at Tails. We love having him as a part of our family.

THOR AND NATASHA

Mr. Thor has been coming to tails since he was a little one. He is one of our Original pups from when we first opened. He has grown so much with us and is always the best part of the pack. His sister Natasha now also comes to hang out with us at Tails. She is just two years old and very mature for her age. She has learned so much from her big brother. You can always see her watching over Thor when out on the floor. Wherever he is she goes. Thor really loves his ladies as well. He will always be the first one to give Vera some big kisses when she comes to daycare. Thor is also a huge fan of greeting everyone in the lobby especially his buddies Brian and Johnny. We love having these two as a part of our Tails pack!

YOGI

Our Yogi bear is such the cutie pie! He absolutely loves coming in to play with his friends on his daycare days. If we have any new dogs that have their first day while he is here, he is always the first one to greet them. He is such a good boy when it comes to making all the new pups feel comfortable here. If he is not running around with all his new friends, he is trying to get love from Miss Helen. Our staff always loves to give him all of their loving too. We love having Yogi as a part of our tails family.

JACK AND MURPHY

Jack and Murphy are the best duos. The brothers are always so excited to come to daycare to hang out with their friends. You can always catch them saying hello to everyone in the lobby before coming out on the floor. If they are not hanging out with one another cuddling on the obstacles, they can be seen playing with one another. They both also love to enjoy the nice sunshine outside. They both are such love bugs and you cannot have one without the other. We love having them as a part of our Tails family!
