Meet brothers Cooper(left) and Sam(right)! They are both 2 years old and labradoodles. Sam weighs 47lbs and Cooper weighs 62lbs, they are both bundles of joy! Doodles are an active breed so they would do better in a active home. They are on the jumpy side so we would recommend older kids in the household. If you are interested in adopting Sam and Cooper come on down an fill out an application!

As 2024 comes to an end we can happily say that we have adopted out 334 animals to their furrever homes! We have helped saved/ rescued an abundance of animals. We plan to continue to find every animal their furever homes as we go into 2025. Happy New Year 🎆🎈 #2024

We want to wish everyone a happy and safe New Years Holiday. Remember never to drink an drive, be responsible and call for a ride! We also thank everyone this year for all of the donations, support, and adoptions! We are looking forward to saving more animals in 2025 with all of your support!
The shelter with be closed today (12/31) an tomorrow (1/1) and will reopen on Thursday (1/2).

We have a bunch of kittens and cats that are available for adoption! We would like to remind everyone since Christmas is right around the corner, pets are not toys or gifts they are a 12-15 year commitment that will have responsibilities to take care of. Always make sure that all family members are on the same page about adopting. What you may think is a great surprise, may turn into a unwanted responsibility. If you are interested in adopting, feel free to come on down and fill out an application or go to our website to print out and email it to [email protected] or [email protected].
If you do decide that now is the right time to add a new furry family member and you have younger children in the house, please be advised that we require the children accompany you to interact with the pet.

Tomorrow Santa Paws is coming to town!!!!! Come on down to the Humane Society and Shelter SouthCoast at 31 Ventura Dr, Dartmouth MA 02747. Bring your friends, family, kids, and pets to come take pictures with Santa Paws. All animals of any shape or size are welcomed in the building! We just ask that any animals are either in carriers or on leashes while inside the building!
Let all your friends and family know that Santa Paws will be in town tomorrow 12pm-2pm.
