Dear Valued Clients,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you today with mixed emotions as I have an important announcement to make regarding my grooming business.

Due to an unforeseen once in a lifetime business opportunity for my boyfriend in the UK, we have made the difficult decision to relocate. As a result, I will be closing my grooming business.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for your loyalty and support throughout the years. It has been an absolute pleasure serving you and your beloved pets. I have cherished the relationships I have built with each and every one of you, and it is with a heavy heart that I have to say goodbye.

I will be operating as usual until my last day, December 22nd, and during this time, I will do my best to accommodate any grooming appointments you may need. If you have any upcoming appointments scheduled after this date, I kindly ask you to contact me.

I understand that this news may come as a surprise, and I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. I truly appreciate your understanding and support during this transitional period. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. I will respond during business hours. But please be kind. This is as much of a surprise to myself as it is for you. It’s okay to be upset but I will not tolerate any rudeness.

Once again, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your trust and loyalty. It has been an honor to serve you and your furry companions. I will miss each and every one of you and the joy that comes with grooming your pets.

Wishing you and your pets all the best in the future. Thank you for being a part of my grooming journey.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

We are so very thankful for all of our wonderful clients. We wouldn’t be here without you! We hope you all have the best day!

We will be closed today, Tomorrow the 24th, Sunday the 26th and Monday the 27th. Caite will be out of town until the 28th.

Kyle is available Saturday the 25th & Tuesday the 28th for bath package grooms only or nail trims! If you want to make an appointment those days contact us here or send a message to 814-873-4339.

I only have November 28th left for this Month. It’s BATH ONLY. December is starting to fill up! If you want your pups done before Christmas, now is the time to schedule before it’s too late! Here is the updated Calender. KEEP IN MIND. Some appointments are only hour long appointments. If you have a large dog or a groom that takes some extra time you will need longer appointments. Message us here or send a text if you are in need of an appointment!

Tomorrow Penelec has scheduled a power outage in our area which unfortunately means we won’t have power between that time. We will open at 12 tomorrow instead of 9am.

Hello!

Thank you all for your kind words while I have been sick! I’m feeling much better and will be back to grooming tomorrow! With that being said this is the updated schedule for the rest of October and November!

❗️❗️Keep in mind Thursday appointments are BATH PACKAGE ONLY grooming appointments unless told otherwise by Caite. This is why it is a different color then the rest. Some Saturdays in November are also available for BATH PACKAGE ONLY grooming. Please ask for availability if you’re interested in getting the Bath Package or a nail trim on those days.❗️❗️

Hello everyone!

I wanted to reach out and let you all know that I have been dealing with a severe illness this past week, which has unfortunately kept me away from work. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I will be back in the shop on Tuesday, hopefully fully recovered. In the meantime, I will be checking my messages and answering calls as soon as I am able to. And rescheduling all those I have had to cancel. I have not been able to leave bed since Tuesday so I will do this as soon as I can.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

Kyle is available for any BATH only grooms or nail trims. Today, Tomorrow and Monday. If you would like to schedule with him let us know!

Here is a easy tutorial for those who have dogs with black nails! If you are unable to bring your pup to a groomer or even a vet and need to do it at home! If you bleed the pups nail and don’t have access to Kwik stop (styptic powder) you can use corn starch or flour to stop the bleeding!

Over due update but sweet Esme and her Dad came in to the shop to give Esme a much need bath after a long 10 days exploring the grapes! She is super sweet! We are SO glad she’s back home ❤️🐾
