Little Miss Whopper would love to be your one and only 🧡

Whopper is quite the attention hog; she is the first to greet you when you walk in the room and she will not leave your side! She loves to be pet and will rub against you.
She is only a year old, so she still has all of her kitten energy and is ready to play, but will also enjoy some snuggle time.
Whopper is great with kids and would be an excellent family cat!

Eugene has a unique wish this Christmas - he would love to find a monthly sponsor to help offset some of his reoccurring medical expenses, or even better a forever foster home!! Eugene has severe arthritis in his back legs and requires a monthly pain injection to live comfortably. He is an extremely sweet boy…he came to us about 6 months ago weighing 4.5 pounds (he was skin and bones) and is now almost 11 pounds!

As we are wrapping up on our 2024 season, we still have four cats from our 2023 season waiting on their forever home: Titan, Toulouse, Biggie and Cleo.

Titan and Toulouse are approximately 1 year old, very playful boys. Toulouse is a social butterfly and purrs so loud! Titan is the fluffiest boy and is very sweet once he gets to know you ♥️

Biggie lived outside for approximately 8 years at a colony prior to coming to us. This boy was just too friendly to be outside. He is a little cautious until he knows you, but adores other cats and has learned to love all types of cat toys ♥️

Cleo is the most beautiful three year old girl. She is pretty shy around people and definitely prefers the company of cats to people, but is very sweet once she gets to know you. This girl would love a quiet home that will give her the time and patience to adjust ♥️

❤️ We have 2 amazing kitties at our Bel Air Petco location- Noudini and James Bond!

🧡🐾 Sweet Noudini is a ginger male that is approx 7 months old! This sweet boy loves to play and snuggle with volunteers! Like many of us, he is snack motivated, and quickly comes out of his shell with the promise of some treats!
🖤🐾 James Bond is a handsome, dapper older gentleman that is hoping to find his furrever family! This sweet old guy spent some years on the street, and would love to spend the rest of his life snuggled up with his humans! James is approximately 9 years old, neutered, UTD on shots and fully vetted! He would do best as an only kitty and would be the perfect companion for anyone!

Tom has patiently waited over 1,200 days for a family of his own and we honestly don’t understand how. Usually when cats wait this long they are a little reclusive, have some medical issues or just not fond of people, but Tom is perfect. He truly is just the sweetest boy and has the most gentle soul. He stayed upstairs with our shelter manager for a while and slept in bed with her daughter every night ♥️ All he wants is love and to be loved in return. He loves other cats and can often be found snuggling up next to them. He would thrive in a home with other feline friends.

Tom is approximately 6 years old, neutered, UTD on vaccines, FIV/FeLV negative and microchipped. Tom has had a full dental and all of his teeth were removed, but that does not slow him down. He can eat dry and wet food perfectly fine!

Let’s help Tom find a home so he can spend his forth Christmas in a home and not at the shelter 🎄♥️

How are these brothers still looking for a home 😩 Titan and Toulouse are SO fun and both SO handsome. Toulouse is HUGE and polydactyl and Titan is the fluffiest boy. Since coming to the shelter Toulouse has become such a social butterfly and is one of the first ones to greet you when you come is. Titan is a little shyer, but once he warms up to you he is the sweetest boy. They are both SO playful. Titan will chase springs all day long and Toulouse will try…but he is so clumsy 🤣

These two both love other cats and would love to go to a home together, or at least to a home with other cats. They really do get a lot of comfort from each other though.

How is Sammy still looking for a home?! He is seriously the perfect combination of playful and sweet…he’s also great with kids, dogs and other cats..he is the complete package. He’s one of the first to greet you when you walk into the cat room and when he’s not right next to you he’s either chasing a ball around or grooming the other cats. Please help us find him a home for the holidays…he’s been here for almost 9 months and he is ready for a family of his own. Sammy is approximately 5 years old, neutered, UTD on vaccines, FIV+/FeLV-, and microchipped. Please don’t let FIV scare you, it is only transmitted through deep bite wounds and Sammy is the most gentle boy. It is not contagious to dogs or humans and Sammy can live with other non FIV cats perfectly fine. Many of our long time followers may be familiar with Hera, one of our longest term shelter cats. Unfortunately, last month Hera passed over the rainbow bridge. Hera was in the care of CFA for over 7 years. Although Hera was mostly feral, she was loved by the volunteers and other cats, especially Biscuits. During her time she developed a special bond with Biscuits, they were often seen snuggling and grooming each other. After Hera’s passing, it was obvious Biscuits was missing his friend. Last weekend Hera, his guardian angel, sent a gift to biscuits in the form of a family- Biscuits went to his furrever family with two other shelter cats! We will cherish the time we had with Hera and she will forever be in our hearts 🫶🏼 Once a cat enters our care they are a CFA cat for life, no matter how long that may be. When you are thinking of adding a new member to your family, please remember the older ones and the shy ones. They have so much love to give 💗
