Sweet Mama Stella is so thankful for having a nice place to have her babies and is beyond thrilled that people cared enough to give her a baby shower!!! Two weeks ago she was roaming the streets with no home, no food no comforts at all. But because there are such good people in this world that care to make a difference she is being loved and spoiled. Katlyn her foster Mom is one amazing lady. Joanna who saved Oso was an Angel to our Stella also. I think Stella looks a bit English to me too.

Levi has been a real delight to foster. For being a young dog he isn’t over the top with energy. He can be a single dog or have doggie friends as he does read a dog very well. We have seen no issues with Levi sharing his toys. He can be slightly shy when first meeting but that quickly changes.
Levi is not an alpha personality, he is sweet and very kind. Whoever gets to adopt him will be very happy!

So when you see us begging for donations please remember these posts. Because of your donations these animals we were able to help. Paws In The Park is definitely our lifeline. Jack this puppy actually had a lump of hair growing out of his eye ball! He finally had his surgery yesterday and he will lead a normal life. Believe me we always put the dog first. I can’t Thank you all enough for your support!!!’

Peaches was found abandon at about 1 1/2 lbs in a driveway. A delivery 📦 Redon spotted her and noone claimed her. They contacted the shelter and brought her there. I went and picked her up that day as she was dehydrated. It took a few days to get things normal. She doing nicely. Definitely a young pup and does like to chew and bite your ankles (or toes) . She's learning but it's taking the act of god, she's quite stubborn. lol
In order to help her be the best family member, she would definitely benefit with some training .
She is spayed, utd on puppy vacs, rabies vac & microchipped.

We have definitely had our share of Tripods lately!!! June was in a kill shelter in Texas, she had been hit by a car and we couldn’t bear for her to be in a shelter with a broken leg. Unfortunately she will need that leg removed also. (RT front). The fracture is right at her elbow and she has nerve damage. Thank goodness for Paws In The Park!!!

I always want to be honest with everyone. Remember Vince the dog who was caught hanging upside down in a wire fence? We did surgery to try and save that leg but unfortunately after 2 months and several vet visits we will need to remove that leg.
It wasn’t because we didn’t try our best. He has never been able to use that leg at all. It was so full of infection and even after doing cultures and changing antibiotics he still has infection in it. This dog is so special and if anyone ever wanted a kind and gentle soul it is Vince. Tomorrow is surgery day and he could use some prayers and good vibes.

A Letter to Santa from a Homeless Dog ~

Dear Santa Paws,

I hope this letter finds you in the midst of twinkling lights and festive cheer. As a humble rescue dog, I've been thinking a lot about Christmas wishes. In this season of magic and warmth, there's something special on my heart that I'd like to share with you.

All I dream of this Christmas is a loving forever home. A place where laughter echoes through the halls, and gentle hugs are as abundant as the snowflakes outside. I wish for companionship, Santa, the kind that lasts well beyond the holiday glow. A family to call my own, where the hearth is warm and the love is unconditional.
