Someone said to me today I don’t know how you do it you must really be strong. The truth is I am not that strong and for every loss my heart breaks I cry. We lost Mama Gretchen then we get get hit with the loss of Mama Shelby’s little chocolate girl that has now passed away. Today is a sad day hopefully tomorrow will be better for us at HOH.

Sooooooo call us crazy but we took in another litter of 10 pups and their Mom Shelby. The shelter has no heat and these pups won’t survive. If you know people looking for a puppy in 8-9 weeks between the two litters we have 25!
Shelby was dumped at a gentleman’s home and she delivered these babies. He wasn’t able to care for them so he did the right thing he brought them to the shelter. https://hohanimalrescue.org/adoption-application/

Little #10 says to heck with your dang collar. Keep it off me woman.

Everybody is now over 1 pound, except for #14, she was the smallest when born but I expect in no time she’ll be as heavy as everybody else.

Also, how cute is #8 🥹 I just love when they sleep on their backs, feet in the air.

Momma Stella has some exciting news to share!

Listen! Everybody has weighed in, we are satisfied with weights this morning. Enjoy some baby pictures. 😍 Please spay and neuter your pets, this has probably been one of the most challenging things ever. Yesterday, we had our eyes on the smallest 6. Today they’ve all gained just a bit and letting the now 3 smallest have extra nursing time. This is literal around the clock care and could have been prevented by one simple surgery. Yes, they are adorable, but totally preventable. If you’d like to sign up to foster, message me! You too, can be apart of some of the best days of these dogs lives we save!

Vince is doing wonderful!

What a day this has been. I don’t think any of us will soon forget it! Even our vet is in shock lol. Keep mom and pups in your thoughts and prayers. Stella wanted to thank everyone for your kindness in buying the much needed supplies for her baby shower. Most of all we want to thank Katlyn her foster mom for saying yes to fostering her even though we weren’t prepared for 15 babies.

Sweet Mama Stella is so thankful for having a nice place to have her babies and is beyond thrilled that people cared enough to give her a baby shower!!! Two weeks ago she was roaming the streets with no home, no food no comforts at all. But because there are such good people in this world that care to make a difference she is being loved and spoiled. Katlyn her foster Mom is one amazing lady. Joanna who saved Oso was an Angel to our Stella also. I think Stella looks a bit English to me too.
