My beautiful foster kitties are getting braver every day. Gracie even approached me last week for the first time to be petted. It put a huge smile on my heart. If you know of anyone looking for a pair of gorgeous cats, Cooper and Gracie fit the bill. They love to be petted and will purr like mad. They're still a little shy but they have made huge progress since I brought them home in February.

This was taken just yesterday. They haven’t used their crate in days. Now they let both me and Jeff pet them. We hope it won’t be too long before they start to approach us on their own.

My foster kitties are hanging out more relaxed with me being in the room. That’s the first time they’ve ever hung out the whole time while I’m sitting in the room. They’re doing so great I’m so proud of their progress already❤️❤️❤️

Just when we thought the kitties were coming around they found a way to get under the armoire. I couldn’t figure out where they went until I opened the drawers and found them in the drawers.

As you can see they still hide in their crate when I’m in the room. But it’s only been one week today. I’m hoping that they’re going to get so used to being scratched and petted that they’re going to come looking for me to scratch and pet them. I crawl halfway into their crate and pet them for 10 to 15 minutes every day about five times a day and they love it. They purr & roll over to have their bellies rubbed 😊❤️💕

I am currently watching my neighbor's elderly cat. The poor thing has diarrhea. At first I thought it was because she is old. Then when I went over to care for Alley yesterday, Helen had left me a note. In the note it said that Alley loves her Half & Half every morning. I knew that milk or milk products are not good for cats. So I opted to leave her a few treats in her saucer to see if the diarrhea would clear up after taking the Half & Half away. Helen is away until Tuesday and I'm hoping her diarrhea will be gone by then. They’re getting braver every day😊 they are both letting me pet them with my hand. They’re discovering how good it feels to be scratched behind their ears, on top of their heads & under their chins. They’re gonna make some cat owner very happy because I think they’re going to be very loving pets. I only picked them on Saturday and they’ve made great progress already ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The most relaxed I've seen them yet. They love listening to relaxing cat music I found on YouTube.

They're getting a little braver each day. They're till terrified of me though. I found tons of cat calming music that I can play for hours on end. It seems to help them somewhat. I just have to be patient and give them lots of time to come around to accept human contact. The finally ate some food last night.

My husband and I kitty proofed the den for our foster kitties named Cooper and Gracie this morning. We moved them into the den this as soon as we were done. We opened the door to the wire crate and they wouldn't budge. They huddled towards the back of the crate as far from us a possible. My neighbor came for a visit and started meowing at them One immediately perked up and even touched its nose to Joan's fingers. After Joan left I went on YouTube to look for meowing cats to play for my new fosters. After about 2 minutes they were out of the crate looking for the meowing kitties which they still have not found. They are even starting to approach me very warily. But bays steps are fine by me. They are very, very sweet and will their lucky adopter very happy,.

Tomorrow I am taking in two un-socialized blue gray cats from a cat rescue. I plan to keep you posted on their progress.

Jo, the cat rescue owner I got them from had the two cats in separate crates right next to each other. Yesterday she put them both in the same crate and they got along great with no hissing or growling.

They are still pretty afraid of people yet. Being the cat lover that I am I hope it won't take too long to get them to trust people and then we can find them their forever home.

Since they are a bonded male and female they have to be adopted together. They look just like my cat Blue who we lost in April last year.

Tomorrow I will post their pictures.

When we first got our beautiful cat borders Sheba and Leroy, Leroy was so scared and shy he would barely come out of hiding under the bed. Now he's warmed up to us quite nicely and he will even take his treats right from my hand.

I was blessed with boarding two beautiful cats in our home. It was supposed to only be for one month. I picked up the cats in early June and they will go back home on August 31. I love these two beautiful cats so much I'm hoping to find more jobs to fill the void.

These are my granddoggy. The luckiest dog. She got to go paddleboarding, whitewater rafting, camping and a whole lot of other wonderful things with her mama. RIP Chey 😞❤️❤️
