It's easy to see that these 9.5-year-old boys were very well loved in their previous home — the same home they had once romped around in as kittens.
Their surrender was truly heartbreaking. However, it proved just how much their owner loved them.
Sometimes, the best way to love our pets is to make those hard but necessary decisions. When Oreo and Beauty's elderly owner's health began to decline, there was concern about these boys receiving the attention and care they deserved.
We promised to find a family willing to pick up right where their previous owner left off.
The good news? These two are really, really easy to love. ❤
There's a good chance Oreo is actually part dog, but we'd need a DNA test to confirm it. He will flop right over for belly rubs the second he sees you're willing to give them to him. Yep, you read that... this cat loves belly rubs. He will just lay there on his side, kneading the floor with his paws, happy as can be. If he's not busy socializing, you'll likely find him snuggled right up next to Beauty.
🥰
Beauty is much more reserved than Oreo, so they balance each other out well. He's very nice boy who just needs a bit more time and space to open up. Beauty benefits greatly from having a confident and outgoing brother to take some of the social pressure off him. While he adjusts, he will treat you to all the slow blinks your heart desires. Slow blinks are, quite literally, his love language.
Oreo and Beauty have never lived with dogs, but have successfully lived with other cats.
