Did you know Radish Microgreens have twice the amount of Calcium as fully grown Radishes?!? 😯

Why is that important?
Calcium is an essential mineral for the human body. It;
• helps build and maintain strong bones and teeth,
• helps muscles squeeze and relax
• helps blood clot normally
• helps nerves send and receive signals between the brain and body
• & more!

When I considered starting a business I weighed out the pros and cons. One thing that came to mind is I have to show up for it to work. Doesn’t matter if I’m not feeling it, or some plans come up, or I’m sick. No matter how I feel, or what’s going on in life, I have to show up.
Yesterday I got really sick. It only lasted 3 days, but I couldn’t do a thing, and it landed right on our busiest day of the week.
I could’ve figured out how to move things around and make it alright, but it wouldn’t have been nearly as good as how it happened.
My wife, Amy, did it all. She harvested about 100 containers for stores, delivered them all, and handled all the clean up and paperwork… All while taking care of our baby, sick ol’ me, and our home.
She just continues to show me how blessed we are. I thank God for such an amazing woman. I wouldn’t be able to grow the business anymore without her. She handles so much of our life so I can focus on the farm.

Thank you, Amy. For always helping our farm grow into what it has become, and is becoming. Many people are grateful for you. Our family is grateful.
