One of my favorite microgreens - Broccoli! 🥦

I don’t eat much adult Broccoli, but Broccoli micros are so easy to toss on top of any meal. 😋

Recently, I’ve had them with my Indian food, homemade pizza, grilled chicken, salad, and on top of chili! Yum.

Broccoli microgreens contain high levels of sulforaphane, a compound found in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory benefits and may help prevent certain types of cancer according to scientific studies.

Sulforaphane can help to increase the production of natural killer (NK) cells, which are a type of white blood cell that helps to defend against viral infections and cancer.

We are so grateful to be able to serve everyone at the Norwich Winter Market. We are constantly thinking of new products to offer and improving our grow for you all!

Updates on the farm: the MMF Grow Shed is complete and all the greens are moved in. There have been some struggles with the new environment/getting acclimated but we are learning more everyday.

We will be pleased to see you this Saturday 10am-1pm in Norwich. Thank you so much for your support, it means more than you know. And special thanks to our Home Delivery customers who we appreciate so much. 🙏🏽💚
