All But Furgotten is a 501c3, Non Profit Humane Animal Rescue. We are very passionate about the plight of puppy mill dogs. Most Humane Officers are VOLUNTEERS.

Who we are and what we do:

We are committed to helping animals who are the victims of cruelty and neglect. We have rescued several dogs from Amish puppy mills and plan to continue to rehabilitate dogs who would have otherwise been “disposed of” once they were of no use to them. With the acquisition of a kennel we will be assisting animal control so that unwanted and unclaimed animals can be treat

ed medically, evaluated, and when appropriate, be placed in loving homes. We currently have three VOLUNTEER Humane Society Police Officers. Many people don’t realize that although the PA Crimes Code includes a section, 5532 subsection C, addressing cruelty and neglect, humane work is NOT funded with tax dollars. Most also work full or part time and have to respond to calls after work and on their days off. They miss work and sacrifice time with their own families in order to enforce the law. It is the sole responsibility of their non profit organization to pay for all veterinary care, costs of kenneling, and court costs. Essentially, by sponsoring a Humane Police Officer, we are providing a service to the community and the animals. We have a Search and Rescue Division that is devoted to helping owners find and when needed, humanely trap their pets so that they can be safely returned to their families.

35 voiceless, innocent, and helpless souls.

That is how many cats (and more continued to be trapped) that were removed from a single house Monday. There are truly no words to describe these living conditions - the pictures speak volumes themselves.

These cats lived a life of utter neglect. They are suffering from upper respiratory infections, severe matting, ear infections, etc. But their injuries go beyond than what we can see. They are traumatized and scared. Their whole world has just been turned upside down. They will need time to decompress.

We are grateful that we get to be a part of their journey of healing. They will all need proper vetting, grooming, and lots of love.

A BIG thanks to Ninth Life Rescue Center for once again begin by our side and for taking in lots of these cats too. We appreciate you so much!

$5.00 Friday 🐈

Times are hard for us all but saving lives are what we do. This sweet 10 year old kitty came into the vets and was diagnosed with diabetes. The owner chose euthanasia because he couldn't afford the medication. The vet did bloodwork and all of his other functions were normal. Just diabetic. The vet did the right thing and asked for our help.
This kitty has more life to live. We took him in immediately. He is with a foster so we can regulate his insulin twice daily and be monitored.

Introducing Crystal🩵

Crystal came to us recently after her whole world was turned upside down after her owner unexpectedly passed.

She has been decompressing and settling in at the kennel where her personality and loving demeanor is shining through as bright as those baby blue eyes😍

We are currently getting her UTD on all her vaccines and getting her an appointment to get spayed. She will be available for adoption soon🐾

Meet Buddy!🤎🧸

Buddy is an approximately 5-6 year old lab mix who may be one of the most laid back dogs we have ever met. His soulful eyes and beautiful thick coat draw you in and make you fall right in love with him😍

He has an extremely easygoing personality. He is fabulous on a leash and enjoys walks and moseying around the yard. He can be a little shy upon first meeting, but he warms up quickly🥰

Buddy is good with other dogs and previously lived with cats. His gentle and mellow disposition makes him the perfect dog for just about anyone🐾

Meet Nyla!🤗

This stunning girl is approximately 8 months old and is so full of life and energy. She was left abandoned in deplorable conditions with another dog (who is in a great foster-to-adopt home). It’s Nylas turn!🤞

Nyla is a typical fun-loving young dog. She has lots of energy and loves people. She does have some puppy manners we are working on and she’s doing great! She walks great on a leash😁

She gets along with all dogs who can keep up with her fun energy, and cats are unknown at this time. We will be testing her soon🩷
