🐾 Important Update to Our Boarding Check-In Process 🐾
To help us provide the safest and most attentive care for every pet staying with us, Aliante Animal Hospital is updating its boarding check-in requirements.
A veterinarian will now be involved in every boarding check-in. Your pet will also need to be placed in an exam room during check-in if they:
• Have not been examined by one of our veterinarians within the past six months
• Are 10 years of age or older
• Take prescription medications
• Require injections during their stay
• Have a new or ongoing medical concern
If your pet is due for routine services, such as vaccinations, a nail trim, or an a**l gland expression, but has been examined within the past three months, an exam-room check-in may not be required.
Because these additional steps are designed to ensure your pet’s health needs are properly reviewed before their stay, boarding check-in may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to allow additional time when dropping off your pet.
