We’re in the thick of holiday appointments now!

I do want to remind everyone that I’m going to be enforcing the same policy from last year at the shop — During the holiday season (November 1st – January 3rd), we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the grooming service.

We truly appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us ensure our team’s time is respected and allows us to accommodate other clients hoping to book during this busy season. Thank you so much for your support and for helping us keep things running smoothly through the holidays!
