Our number 1 priority is happy horses centered around proper nutrition, movement, and a relaxed environment. We have a wonderful group of boarders and have the space to add a couple more. Our plans include regularly scheduled clinics our boarders will have first dibs on with no requirements to attend. We love our retirees as much as our upper level show horses.

Looking for a full time person to join our team. Potential for housing in a 2 bedroom apt on the farm starting June 1st and possible room for a horse.

Must have horse experience as you’ll be assisting the owner in all day to day tasks on the farm. We have an amazing group of boarders and horses and need help feeding, turning out, dragging arena, fields, etc.

This is a farm job! Physical labor is part of it, must be able to lift 50lbs and be comfortable handling horses. Ideal candidate is detail oriented, enjoys working as part of a team, observant, and resourceful!

We have a dressage trainer onsite but also have boarders who ride other disciplines.

Mako is a 2014 16.2+ OTTB gelding. He is best suited for a balanced rider as he is the sensitive type. Must have solid WTC saddle experience. He is a hard worker with a great brain. Works 2nd level movements during training. Loves hacks on property and snuggles. Must be willing to lesson weekly with on site trainer. Owner has offered to cover 2 lessons a month. Hey guys! I’m Courtney, owner and boarding manager at the farm. Wanted to share a bit about each of the folks that make this place function over the next few days and figured I’d start here!

I grew up in west palm beach FL and have always been pretty animal obsessed. I’ve had my own horses for the past 27 years and either worked in a barn or had my own facility for nearly 20.

My passion lies in helping these guys become the best versions of themselves through proper nutrition and care. While I may not ride often anymore, I’m constantly researching and learning ways to improve the lives of our equine companions and so excited to be able to put it all into practice here at the farm. We will always be a forage focused farm that loves ample turnout, a buddy or two, and training techniques that focus on a positive experience for both horse and rider.

When I’m not at Church Creek Farm managing the horses there, I’m at our homestead on John’s Island with my husband, 3 kiddos, and funny farm of goats and dairy sheep. I’m really looking forward to building a fun community of animal focused folks at the barn-
