I know we are all very concerned about the illness. I have been having inquiries about the disinfectant that we use. We have been using the same disinfectant for many many years.

I apologize for any inconvenience to anyone trying to make an appointment, as I have been having phone issues for a bit. I am not sure if it is due to Verizon's network or the actual phone. I have not been receiving texts, calls in the calls, and my outgoing texts have either been stuck in " sending" status or sent them hours or days later than what they were originally sent. I got a replacement phone and hopefully that will solve the issue.
If you are able to show a me that you were not responded to, I will happily compensate you for being inconvenienced.

A friendly announcement that we will be downsizing staff in August, which will affect how many of our fur-friends we are able to help daily. I will be working by myself some point shortly thereafter (there may be the possibility of 1 bather in the future to help, so no one is left behind) so I may have full one on one with everyone like it used to be.
I am asking that you please help me, help you, by scheduling ahead and/ or having your pup on a 4, 6, 8, or 12 week schedule. I am able to schedule out a full year, or however far in advance you are able/ wanting to schedule. I will more than likely not be able to "squeeze" anyone in due to this and apologize for the inconvenience. It does not mean that I do not care or that I do not want to help or do not appreciate/ value you - I am only 1 person. I do understand that everyone's work schedule is not known and does change, along with life events, and I will try my absolute best to try to help you and your pet. You will also help me be able to devote very much needed family time, with my family, if we can try our best to keep a regulated schedule🤗
I am accepting the fact that this will not coincide with everyone's lives, and that clients will choose to part ways. I will miss those people and their pets, but am grateful for the privilege to work with you, your pets, and watching your family grow and evolve over the decades.
I miss being able to talk to everyone and knowing them personally, along with their furbabies. I have felt obligated in trying to help all of the pups since the dramatic influx in the pet population and groomers closing due to covid, and have lost my personal connection with everyone and am so sorry. The scheduling has been absolute chaos because of my feeling the need to squeeze everyone in and not letting them down. I am trying to regain order to be able to give you and your pet's the attention and service that they deserve.
We will be moving locations as well, and will keep everyone updated.
