Important Information About Scheduling ONLINE!!!
Booking Multiple Services:
Please select only one service when booking. Add extra services in the Customer Info section or text 440-289-8596. This helps with scheduling flexibility, and I can make adjustments on my end.
Note: When booking multiple services, prices are occasionally discounted—if cost is a concern, just ask!
Appointment Approval:
Online booking doesn’t show my full availability. Appointments are not confirmed until approved. This helps account for location and drive time. SO IF YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT SOONER PLEASE TEXT ME!
Ways to Schedule:
Book online, by text, phone, or Facebook—whatever works best for you.
Timing Buffer:
—Please be ready 30 minutes before and available for up to 1 hour after your appointment time. Delays can happen due to traffic or pet behavior. Thanks for understanding!
Cat Appointments:
—For cats, place a large towel in the bathroom and have your cat in there before I arrive. You’ll get a text when I’m on my way—that’s your cue to secure them in a small room with minimal hiding spots.
