Chessie Fun Day 2024 will be held on Saturday April 6th at Florida K9 Sports 43525 Fl-64, Myakka City, Fl.
Dock Diving and Retriever Obstacle course are just a couple of the activities planned.
$35 for your first dog and $15 for each dog after.

We had a very busy past 4 days at the Brooksville Cluster. While I was busy chairing the ACC Supported Entry, our dogs were shining!
Nokosi ended up with two Select Dog placements, two Best of Opposite S*x placements, NOHS BOB all four days with a OH group 3 and group 1!!!
Josie was Best Veteran in the Supported handled by her old friend, Kevin Skow
Chance was winner of the Hunting Dog class handled by his friend Susan McQueen
Ruby made the cut in BOB in the Supported and was awarded Select Bitch Sunday. She was handled all weekend by her new best friend, Jessica Braatz.
Jim and I are super proud of our kids! There were some beautiful Chessie’s entered each day with 40 entries in the Supported.

Hannah and Nokosi had a fantastic 2023! From BOB at the January Supported, three Sporting Group placements and several NOHS group placements. They ended up ranked in the top 20 All Breed, top 10 Breed, top 20 NOHS, earned GCH Bronze status in both breed and NOHS and ranked in the top 10 Juniors in Chesapeakes. What a year!!! We are so very proud of both Hannah and Nokosi!

Our deepest heartfelt condolences go out to our dear friends and partners in Whispering Oaks , Alicia and Robert Patterson, on the loss of their sweet girl, River. ( GCH CH Whispering Oak Mystic River JH DM). Litter sister to our Josie and part of the “Dirty Dozen” ( CH Chestnut Hills Chisum x GCH CH Whispering Oak Wandering Ivy)
River was a beautiful girl and her legacy lives on in her pups and grand pups. Rest easy sweet girl. 💔🐾

The best part of the show today was the Top Twenty Showcase. What a special way to honor these dogs and their handlers. It brought tears of pride to my eyes seeing Hannah accept this award for her and Nokosi.
Huge thanks to Show chair, Sonia Cunningham for making these beautiful rosettes and putting this all together.❤️❤️
