To close out Vet Tech Week, I have the honor of giving accolades to Jen (she’s the one writing all these other great posts). I can’t really sum Jen up in a paragraph; but some highlights are her positive vibes, her tech skills, her client communication expertise (she saves me when I’m tapped out), social media engagement, and her delicious baking delights! She has a heart bigger than most- she has bottle fed tiny kittens and baby bunnies through the night- and she jumps in to help whenever it is needed. We and the animals are so grateful you put your brilliant mind to veterinary medicine and that we are lucky enough to work alongside you. -Catherine

Carrie! The lady who makes keeping everything straight possible! The ability you have to keep all the paperwork set and organized without taking up the entire desk is amazing! You are so kind and have so much compassion. The pets love you and even the most shy come to say hi! You have a magic touch to help calm the energy on the other end of the phone when someone calls in a panic. The amount of craziness you deal with when submitting insurance only help further exemplifies how calm you are on after submitting it again for the fourth time! Thank you for everything you do!
