**ATTENTION** Due to a number of positive COVID cases within our staff, we are operating with a skeleton crew. We are currently only scheduling appointments for sick or injured patients and will be CLOSING AT 5:00pm for the next two weeks with the exception of this Friday 12/31, New Year's Eve, when we will close at 2:00PM. We are also restricting public access to the building so please call us from the parking lot upon arrival. We are giving our absolute best effort to remain open during these trying times. Thank you for your patience & understanding.
