As you walk through the doors of North Reading Veterinary Clinic you are greeted with a warm smile and "hello!" from our head receptionist, Maria. Over the past 22 years, Maria has been providing exceptional expertise and forming a close bond with many of our amazing clients and their pets!
Unfortunately, just before Thanksgiving, Maria was on her way to work when she suffered a stroke that ended up hospitalizing her for a week. After her long stay and numerous tests, Maria was finally discharged; but her recovery doesn't stop there. Due to her stroke, Maria is home on strict rest and being monitored by her doctors.
As of now, there is no set timeframe on Maria's return to work. In hopes of making her recovery slightly easier for her and her family, a GoFundMe has been created to help support her during this time. Any donations or even a share of the link is greatly appreciated.

Happy national Dog day, let's see all those cute faces ! Here's my crazy little noodle, her name is Letty! She's fun, full of energy, loyal as can be. And the best snuggler, you can always find her under any blanket in the house .

The fourth of July is fast approaching, here are some tips to keep your pet safe. Also, if your pet is in need of any medication for anxiety with fireworks or thunderstorms be sure to contact our office ASAP due to limited holiday hours. Be safe and have a wonderful holiday. 🌭🍔🥗

We are updating our summer hours starting at the beginning of July.
Monday 8am-6pm
Tuesday thru Thursday 8am-7pm
Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 8am - 12pm (Every other Saturday) Please call our office for which Saturdays we will be in. Please keep that in mind when picking up medication or food, or if your furry one needs an appointment. 🐶🐱☀️🤿⛵️🛟🪝

We hope everyone got to enjoy a wonderful weekend celebrating their father's! This week is shaping up to be a very hot one, so please keep in mind not to bring your furry one along for the ride unless it is necessary. Even if they are outside for more then a few minutes they can overheat very fast! Out to the bathroom and back in! If it's too hot for your feet, it's to hot for their paws. Lots of cold water and cooling fans. - always, you're friends at NRVC
