Hello! I am Regis, the owner and operator of Regis Grooming LLC. I would like to introduce myself to our new clients. I graduated from the adult BOCES grooming program in April 2012 and have since gained experience working in corporate and private grooming settings. However, I found that I prefer working independently, as this allows me to tailor my services to meet the unique needs and preferences of each dog. I take a personalized approach, which includes working at the dog's pace, providing regular breaks, and offering affection and reassurance when needed. I have a particular fondness for elderly dogs. One of the benefits of owning my own business is the ability to balance my work and family life. I am able to spend time with my daughter and involve her in my work, which she enjoys. I provide one-on-one services, ensuring that each dog receives my full attention. I am certified in pet first aid and CPR and renew my certification every two years.
