Reintegration after dogs display aggression toward one another within the multi dog home should be taken at a slow and steady pace. Having a plan for controlled, neutral to positive interactions is key. Success will look different for every home but will always include better management of interactions, resources, structured solo play, and enrichment to make sure the needs of everyone are being met.

Ahsoka and I recently got to demo her skills at a local high school! Students got a crash course in learning principles and then got to practice some of them with Ahsoka! She had a great time working and interacting with all the students. We had such a great time and can't wait to go back!

Chew time over? Time to get that bone back? Lure the drop and move away with a "get it" cookie, pick up the chew, and reward again for transfer of possession. Start this game withyl your puppy and you'll never find conflict in having to get items away from your dog. π₯° Training for prevention of problem behavior is easier than trying to modify a problem once it manifests, But hey, our team is here to help with both even if you're struggling with the latter!
