We set up three different search areas with a variety of odor puzzles—including ground hides, elevated hides, accessible, and inaccessible hides. On top of that, a strong breeze added even more challenge! 💨

The teams persevered and it was amazing to see how far everyone has come—so much progress! 👏

During his private lessons with trainer Cheryl, Paddy has been working on leash reactivity. After practicing a few focused reps, he got to decompress with some toy play 🧸—and that’s just as important as the training itself!

👉 Decompression activities like play, sniffing, or relaxing help dogs release stress, reset their emotions, and come back to training more balanced and ready to learn. For reactive dogs, it’s not only about the reps—it’s about giving them healthy outlets, too.
