Good luck out there. Now with archery season upon us and temps in the 70-80 degree range you are going to have to get your deer skinned and quartered ASAP. We pieced the video together 7 years ago to help make sure you make the correct cuts when you are skinning your deer for a mount. Putting a bag of ice in his chest is not going to cut it with these temps and it could ruin your cape and meat. Do not get your deer wet. Always a good idea to have a couple milk jugs frozen with water to help initially cool your deer. Also if you get your deer to a processor, do not assume that they have enough refrigeration to keep your cape. Time is of the essence when it is this warm. Hope this helps. Shoot straight and be safe. ๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ธ
