These Beginner Scent Work teams Maverick, Luna, Willow and Clifford are having so much fun figuring out odor pays and some are working through their fears of different textures/obstacles in order to get to source on this day it was Birch and others already have lots of experience with different obstacles and textures. Doing these things help build confidence in our dogs while having fun!

This is Molly and she’s learning about the tunnel and the mini A-frame and jumps with her handler Kandis.
They’re doing great and we’re all having so much fun. If you’re interested in joining in this class currently I have Friday early afternoons and I may open up another class on Sundays.

Maverick had his second private session with me at Niagara K9 Sunday and he’s starting grow some confidence and getting the idea of the game of Nosework. We were able to get him to walk through the big ladder which at first, he didn’t even want to touch and he even went onto the place to search for the odor which is really so good for him. He was afraid to touch different things etc. He even is allowing me to pet him and I could just see the difference from day one. I’m so happy for him and proud of him and looking forward to this Sunday and see what obstacles we can work on.
