Work 5 days week, 30-40 hrs, daylight only, NO EVENING WORK!
Saturday, Sunday, Monday a must, + 2 other days - holidays off

Hotel handles appts, transactions, phones, check ins & outs. No interruptions!

Full Job Description
"Pittsburgh's Original Pet Hotel" is looking for talented, hard-working people who wish to be part of a family-owned, well-managed, highly reputable business. You will care for dogs in our calm, clean, home-style environment, enjoy their company, and learn from the most experienced staff in the business. If you have the right attitude and work ethic, you will work at a great place with great people and get paid well to do so!
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Oversee well-being of dogs in your care
Leash walk and handle dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes, and strengths
Help monitor dogs in loose playgroups and learn proper dog-dog interactions
Feed dogs, administer medications, wash dishes, launder bedding, etc.
Clean boarding areas - walls, floors, doors, walkways, windows, etc.
Perform janitorial tasks required to maintain upkeep of facility
Accurately record daily information and chart dogs’ behaviors/habits
JOB QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Must work on weekends and holidays as well as weekday shifts
Must be available to begin some shifts at 6:30am
Must possess adequate verbal, math, clerical, and communication skills to work effectively
Must possess a positive attitude, industrious work ethic, honesty, and integrity
Must be capable to perform work tasks neatly, thoroughly, and efficiently
