Today, the Federal Trade Commission issued a final rule to promote competition by banning nationwide, protecting the fundamental freedom of workers to change jobs, increasing innovation, and fostering new business formation.

The noncompetes final rule will become effective 120 days after publication in the Federal Register.

Gray kitty is Peanut she is 3yrs old and spayed.
Orange kitty is Cleo she is 10 yrs old and spayed. Both are up to date on vaccines. Their owner recently passed unexpectedly and these 2 fur babies need a new home. If anyone is interested please contact Furry Friends Animal Clinic at 570-473-3875. Please share.

We have recently updated our computer system.This allows you to text us messages from your cell phone.
All you have to do is text the word "Join" to 36218 and you can begin texting us and we can answer your questions. We are also able to text you reminders for your upcoming appointments as well as updates on you pets.

We have been having trouble with our phones. Some calls are being dropped right after we answer or right after we place the call on hold.

There was a post on Facebook requesting place to get a Rabies Vaccine for dogs traveling to Canada. For public information the Pa State Board of Veterinary Medicine establishes rules and regulations for Veterinarians to follow in order to have a license to practice Veterinary Medicine. One of those rules is that a Veterinarian cannot vaccinate diagnose or prescribe and medications without first examining the pet and establishing a valid Veterinary Client Patient Relationship. So Please try to understand that we have to follow these regulations. If we do not abide by these we will have our licenses revoked. So the next time you get upset with a Veterinarian that requires an exam. They have no choice but to follow the rules established by the licensing board. I'm sure this post will not sit well with a lot of people. But Veterianarians are tired being crucified for doing what the law requires of them.
