It is with great sadness that lily passed away last night, her mom reached out to me this morning to share the sad news. She was such a sweet girl and we all here at the grooming shop are heart broken, she will be missed dearly and we send our love to her family as they grieve her loss. She always smashed her nose to the side of the kennel while she was waiting her turn to be pampered, O lily we will miss you! Rest now dear furry friend. 😥

I love my job, but this girl says it so well and the risks are for real. I have had my fair share of run ins but nothing as severe as in the pictures thankfully. (fyi pictures are graphic use caution).
