ATTENTION ALL CURRENT AND NEW CLIENTS… First, I would like to say that I appreciate and love the support from all of my customers and have debated on doing this, but sadly it has become a common occurrence of having no-shows recently. Due to this circumstance, I am going to have to implement a new change. Beginning March 2nd, Mud Puppies, LLC will implement a no-show charge, which will be half of what your grooming/bath fee would be. If you do not call to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or if you are a no-show the day of your appointment, you must reschedule. A no-show is considered not showing up within a 15 minute window of your appointment time. In order to reschedule an appointment, you will have to pay the no-show charge first. This charge will not be a deduction off of your new appointment grooming/bath fee. Thank you for understanding and as always, I look forward to pampering your fur baby and helping them to feel their very best!
