Urgent message for animal owners/cargivers from the Huron County Humane Society Investigation Department: With the upcoming negative temperatures, we encourage you to bring your animals inside. If you are unable to bring animals in, please make sure they have appropriate shelter in good condition. Please use straw to insulate. Do not use blankets, towels, etc. Fabric items draw moisture and freeze. Please check frequently and change frozen water for fresh water.
