If you prefer your outpatient appointment to be managed curbside, we will also continue to accommodate this. Please note, our lobby will continue to be closed, therefore, Curbside Care will continue to be required for retail purchases, surgery admissions, surgery discharges and drop off appointments. In order to continue prioritizing the health of our team members, clients and patients, the follow

ing protocols will be followed: clients and team members are required to wear a facial covering at all times while in the clinic. If you do not have a facial covering, one will be provided to you or we will continue with your appointment through Curbside Care. Our examination rooms are small; due to this, we are only allowing one client in the examination room for the appointment. We ask our team members and our clients to do their best to stay 6 feet apart at all times. Thank you!

We are continuously monitoring and making adjustments to accommodate our clients and patients. Currently we are experiencing a high demand for appointments. Below we have listed a few reminders on how our appointment schedule operates:

- We operate by scheduled appointments only. When you schedule an appointment we set aside enough time to provide your pet with the best quality care. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible; this allows us to schedule other pets who may be waiting for an appointment.

- We offer same day urgent care appointments, however they are limited. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible to schedule all routine appointments including annual vaccinations appointments. We also ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your pet.

- We are a general veterinary practice. We are able to accommodate some urgent and emergency needs during our business hours. Urgent or emergency needs that require additional support and/or monitoring may be referred to an alternative facility to ensure the best care for your pet. A staff member will assist you in determining the best plan for your pet. After hours we recommend the facilities listed below.
