Sweet Morris, one of our past residents from a hoarding case, was the sweetest boy ever. His mama Kelsie loved him beyond measure. He recently passed from lymphoma. In his memory she donated his things so that our current residents may experience some of the love he recieved. Rest easy sweet boy. Thank you for showing what love having an animal in your life can bring.

This is Kit Kat (now Bella) and Trenton. There's a bitter sweet story behind this adoption. The family found a sickly, injured stray kitty and took him in. They did everything right. They vetted him and unfortunately, the kitten passed. Trenton is autistic and was bonded with that kitten. It was utter devastation when the kitten died. I (Tracy) happen to know this family and when I got a call about this on a Sunday, I told them to come in and pick out a kitty from us, even though we were closed. We made a perfect match.....we understood the importance of such a detrimental situation. Bella has had such a positive impact in Trenton's life along with mom and dad and school. She has changed their lives in a very important way. This has been a very touching adoption and we are so happy to hear how much she has meant to this family. We love all of our animals here but we care just as much about our adopters and their needs. ❤️ We're always doing our best to place the right animal with the right family.

We have been busy these last two week at the shelter adopting out 13 kitty cats. These five furry friends are still dreaming of their forever homes. Are you looking for that special cuddly companion? Then stop by the shelter and adopt one of these wonderful friendly babies just waiting for the chance to grant your wish. Stay tuned. We have 38 other lovely cats waiting their turn to enter the adoption room as soon as they complete their quarantine time.

Sweet Princess is staying in our suite in the lobby. Be sure to say hello if you stop in. She's available and full of love. She's a Pitt/Heeler mix, 2 years old and went through a few months at a board and train. She still struggles with some potty training issues but with time and patience, that can be resolved. ❤️. She also does well with cats and other dogs.
