The moment I was done putting our name on the door tears began to flow. This may look like an ordinary pole barn to most, but to me it’s a dream come true.
When I started Darling Dog Grooming I was a young mom with a newborn and toddler at home. We weren’t exactly financially stable and we had just made the biggest move of our lives. All I had was a dream and a husband who believed in me. I’ve been scared since day one. Terrified I’d let my family, clients and myself down. I’ve had days, months and even a year in doubt, whether I should keep the doors open anymore. But the thing is, I’m not only stubborn as hell, I’m surrounded by amazing people. Between my husband, our families, my friends and especially my clients I would never be standing here bawling my eyes out because you have all made my dream come true. A place where love is shown, care is given and dogs are safe. A place I can call my own! Here’s to never moving again!!!

We are thrilled to announce that we are moving into our new shop tomorrow. Please be informed that the next few days' appointments have been rescheduled and we will respond to all calls/messages by Friday, as we focus on relocating and setting up our new shop.

Edit for clarification: our new shop is in the same location but now a stand alone shop. The only affected appointment days are today (7/10) and tomorrow (7/11). Any appointments after these dates are unaffected and will resume as normal.

As construction begins on our new building, we would like to keep everyone informed of the slight difficulties this may cause to pick up and drop off. While this is an exciting time there will be extra noise, vehicles and supplies inhibiting our process. That being said we ask for your patience and understanding while we navigate this new journey together. Please consider parking on the street or dropping off a few minutes early. We must also point out that we share a driveway with our neighbors and must ask that you refrain from using their drive and yard for drop off and potty business, to respect their privacy and property. Great things are happening and we thank all of you for being a part of the DDG family!

At Darling Dog Grooming, we prioritize ongoing education, recognizing that there is always room for growth and improvement! Proactively, we stay informed and up-to-date to provide the best services possible. Although our June schedule is filling up quickly due to our attendance at an educational seminar, we are now open for booking into October. We highly recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability.
