5 yr old 16.2 son of Tapit. Good-looking, lovely mover, super athletic and totally full of himself. He's had some post track rides, but nothing consistent. I keep saying I'm going to get him going, but it's not happening, and he's wasting in the field. That being said, this horse will only go to someone very experienced with TBs and his type of personality. He has the quirky, animated, strong bravado Tapit traits. I do believe with the right person this horse could go and do big things.

He behaves for the farrier, grooming, baths, etc. He's currently wooly, living out and barefoot. He has good feet, but will like shoes once in a regular program. One issue with him is, he needs turned out by himself or with a totally submissive horse. Otherwise, he goes into stallion mode with horses that challenge him. I do have back radiographs on file. Grand Giomar Step (IRE) - 'Rizz' is a good-looking, typey 5-year-old 16.1 gelding. He came off the track in July '24 with very minor tendon strains in each front leg after a breeze. He is fully rehabbed, and his legs are tight with no profiles. He has good feet, a pleasant attitude, and is easy to live with. He does get impatient at feeding time and will weave for a hot minute. I never do trials, but I let Unexpected aka "Sparky" go to a gal that had previously purchased a horse from me a few years ago. He was on trial to be a husband horse used for trail riding. She let me know today, that he passed the test and has been wonderful. Good boy Sparky, have a great life 🏇👍😊

Sally teaches riders of all levels. She strives to improve the confidence and safety of both horse and rider.

Lessons will be held at Straight Up Stables.
Cost is $75 per rider, paid to Sally. Plus a $15 ring fee.
