It is with a heavy heart to say that Rosie lost her battle with arthritis yesterday! ππ
Thank you Rosie for teaching so many kids/adults how to rideβ¦ Thank you for listening and being an amazing therapy horseβ¦ But most of all, thank you Rosie for teaching me how to love again after I lost Harley! ππ»
I'm going to miss your sweet nickers and spicy dinosaur snorts!
I was truly blessed to be loved by a Chestnut Mare! β€οΈπ

"Red Mare"
Strong willed is not a bad thing.
Women are a lot like red mares; strong willed and opinionated... but once the trust is gained, you have loyalty that is unbreakable.
Mares get a bad rap, I believe, because they are strong both mentally and physically. Motherly instincts bring along leadership, opinions, and a VOICE.
A lot of people don't like to invest time or effort. A lot of people don't like to hush and listen. A lot of people are too power hungry.
A mare takes someone to work with them, to care, to understand mood swings.
Take a lesson from the red mare.
I encourage you to invest in relationships. To shut up and listen. To be humble.
Thanks, red mare! π΄
