It is with a heavy heart to say that Rosie lost her battle with arthritis yesterday! 😭💔

Thank you Rosie for teaching so many kids/adults how to ride… Thank you for listening and being an amazing therapy horse… But most of all, thank you Rosie for teaching me how to love again after I lost Harley! 🙏🏻

I'm going to miss your sweet nickers and spicy dinosaur snorts!

"Red Mare"

Strong willed is not a bad thing.

Women are a lot like red mares; strong willed and opinionated... but once the trust is gained, you have loyalty that is unbreakable.

Mares get a bad rap, I believe, because they are strong both mentally and physically. Motherly instincts bring along leadership, opinions, and a VOICE.

A lot of people don't like to invest time or effort. A lot of people don't like to hush and listen. A lot of people are too power hungry.

A mare takes someone to work with them, to care, to understand mood swings.

Take a lesson from the red mare.

I encourage you to invest in relationships. To shut up and listen. To be humble.

Patches - All Around, Tri Colored Paint Gelding. Very stocky 14hh, 15yrs old. No known papers, selling as a grade.
Very versatile, can go any direction you want. English, Western, Trails. He crosses bridges and water, has jumped up to 2’9”, can even jump on ba****ck with just a halter. Patches has competed in Hunter/Jumper shows and Gymkhana shows. He has smooth gaits and knows his leads. Used as a lesson horse for the past 3+ years for both kids and adults. More whoa than go, but can pick up and go with the right rider.
Patches is up for sale because he does not like being a lesson horse anymore and it's making him grouchy and sour. He's looking for a forever home with one family to love.
Easy keeper, barefoot, sound and healthy. Trailers, ties, stands for farrier, bathes and loads, but does not like the clippers.
Needs a confident rider and is best suited for intermediate riders and up, but can be ridden by a beginner with trainer supervision.
