Before joining Wagster, our bakers completed a robust 11-week training in culinary arts. The Fresh Starts Culinary Academy serves homeless and low-income adults with hands-on training is well as classes in financial literacy and professional development. The first class of 2025 has almost reached the halfway point, covering knife skills, ingredients, sauces and stocks, braising and seafood cookery. We look forward to introducing them to product production and seeing their aspirations grow.
